Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and meet daily sales targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate solutions. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities to ensure a high conversion rate. Educate customers about the company's products and services, particularly in the domains of IT storage, surveillance, and GPS solutions. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and detailed information. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company objectives and ensure customer satisfaction. Provide timely feedback to management regarding market trends and customer concerns. Requirements: Gender Preference: Female candidates only. Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred). Experience: 0–2 years in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
