About the Role We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to manage financial activities, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and provide strategic insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of accounting standards and taxation laws. Key Responsibilities Prepare and finalize financial statements in compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS). Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits. Handle direct and indirect taxation, including income tax, GST, and TDS filings. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Advise management on financial planning, cost control, and investment opportunities.
