Sales and Marketing Executive

Role Overview: As a Sales & Marketing Executive at Shree Bhagwan Mahaveer Multi-Speciality Hospital in the Beed region, you will be responsible for promoting hospital services, fostering relationships with healthcare professionals, organizing marketing activities, and driving patient referrals to meet monthly business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Promote hospital departments and specialties to general practitioners, clinics, and corporate clients in Beed and neighboring areas. - Meet monthly targets for OPD/IPD patient referrals and health package enrollments. - Engage in regular field visits, doctor meetings, and follow-ups. - Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions, health camps, and outreach programs. - Collaborate with hospital departments to ensure seamless patient services and satisfaction. - Keep track of visit reports, marketing activity logs, and referral data. - Support initiatives related to branding, awareness, and social media. - Identify new business opportunities and offer market insights. Qualifications & Skills: - Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Ideally 3 years of experience in pharma marketing or healthcare/hospital marketing. - Strong communication and networking abilities. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined approach. - Basic proficiency in MS Office and Excel. - Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred.
