Job Description

Sales and Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns, digital marketing strategies, and branding initiatives.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports for client meetings and internal reviews.
Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to promote business growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 to 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing.
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and digital marketing trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
