Interior Designer – Residential (Luxury Segment)

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 45 years of experience specializing in luxury residential projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio of high-end interiors, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate client visions into elegant, functional living spaces. Key Responsibilities: ? Design and execute high-end residential interior projects from concept to completion. ? Develop mood boards, layouts, color palettes, and material boards aligned with client preferences and luxury standards. ? Prepare and review architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design tools. ? Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery. ? Conduct site visits and supervise on-site implementation of designs. ? Stay updated with the latest trends, finishes, and innovations in luxury interiors. ? Present design concepts and material selections to clients in a compelling manner. ? Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor negotiations effectively. Requirements: ? Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field. ? 45 years of experience in residential interior design, preferably in the luxury segment. ? Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.). ? Strong knowledge of materials, furnishings, and lighting suitable for luxury interiors. ? Excellent communication and presentation skills. ? Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
