Job Summary:
As a Senior Mendix Developer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of Mendix-based applications. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, high-performance applications. This role also involves mentoring junior developers and ensuring adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Mendix applications for web and mobile platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Translate requirements into technical specifications and robust solutions.
Ensure application scalability, performance, and security.
Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Stay current with Mendix platform updates and best practices.
Mentor junior developers and support team knowledge sharing.
Work closely with QA, project managers, and business analysts to ensure successful project delivery.
Lead multiple concurrent projects and small teams
Flexible to work with Onsite & Offshore teams

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in Mendix.
Mendix Advanced or Expert Certification required.
Strong understanding of Mendix architecture, microflows, domain models, and integrations.
Experience with REST APIs, SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Java (Optional).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience in building scheduled events, external Integrations with other systems On-premise, SaaS/PaaS systems

Knowledge of microservices architecture.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
