Summary:
As a Senior Mendix Developer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of Mendix-based applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, high-performance applications. This role also involves mentoring junior developers and ensuring adherence to best practices.
The Opportunity:
- Design, develop, and maintain Mendix applications for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate requirements into technical specifications and robust solutions.
- Ensure application scalability, performance, and security.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Stay current with Mendix platform updates and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and support team knowledge sharing.
- Work closely with QA, project managers, and business analysts to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead multiple concurrent projects and small teams
- Flexible to work with Onsite & Offshore teams
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in Mendix.
- Mendix Advanced or Expert Certification required.
- Strong understanding of Mendix architecture, microflows, domain models, and integrations.
- Experience with REST APIs, SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Java (Optinal).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience in building scheduled events, external Integrations with other systems Onepremise, SaaS/PaaS systems

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
