Position: Sales & Marketing Field Executive Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu Experience: 0-1 year Who Can Apply: Freshers or Interns from any discipline (BE/B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc, B.Com, MBA, BBA, etc.) with a genuine interest and passion for sales and marketing . Key Responsibilities: Actively engage in field sales to promote and sell our ActiLearn educational kits to schools, educators, and parents. Drive customer acquisition and build strong relationships with potential clients. Plan, develop, and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns. Support revenue growth by managing new and existing customer accounts. Work with channel partners to expand outreach and increase product adoption. Conduct regular market research to generate innovative ideas for sales improvement. Maintain weekly sales reports, forecasts, and account progress updates. Desired Skills: Strong sales mindset with the ability to manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to closure. High levels of energy, motivation , and a proactive, self-starter attitude. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships . Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets. Note: This role involves regular field work in and around Chennai. Interns will be responsible for promoting and selling our ActiLearn products directly to target customers such as schools, teachers, and educational institutions. After the training, they can operate from their hometowns or preferred regions, reaching out to local schools and educational institutions to promote and sell our products.
