Technical Solution Architect

Job Title: Technical Solution Architect | 10+ years

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Solution Architect with a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, Oracle database procedures, and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical and solution architecture, preferably within the BFSI domain, and a solid understanding of DevOps, pipeline integration, and product management. Experience with reconciliation systems, AI, any certifications are desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze the reconciliation product architecture involving over 1500+ database procedures.
• Segregate and organize code into base, regional, and client-specific layers.
• Act as a customer-facing technical lead for requirement gathering and engineering activities.
• Design resilient, scalable, and future-proof technical solutions for system enhancements and customizations.
• Conduct effort estimations for development and implementation.
• Develop comprehensive implementation plans.
• Create component plans and assign development tasks via JIRA.
• Monitor and manage Static Code Analysis (SCA) and address code vulnerabilities.
• Ensure strong governance across the solution lifecycle.
• Manage key internal and external stakeholders effectively.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Oracle database procedures
• Experience in DevOps and pipeline integration
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies

• Architecture and Solutioning:
• 5+ years as a Technical/Solution Architect
• Experience in solutioning involving Java and database procedures
• TOGAF certification (optional)

• Domain Expertise:
• 3+ years in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain
• Knowledge of reconciliation processes

• Additional Competencies:
• Knowledge of AI and its applications (added advantage)
• Strong stakeholder management and governance experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mogappair, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
