Ensure proper allocation of classes, subjects, and classrooms. 2 Faculty Coordination Act as a liaison between teachers, administration, and departments. Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services. 2. Team Leadership Recruit, train, and manage landscape staff including supervisors, gardeners, and foremen. Conduct performance reviews and implement skill development programs. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. 3. Client & Business Development Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities. Prepare proposals, bids, and tenders for new projects. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly. 4. Financial Management Develop and manage budgets for each project and overall operations. Monitor expenses and implement cost control measures.
