Job Description

1 Academic Planning & Scheduling Prepare academic calendars and timetables in coordination with faculty. Ensure proper allocation of classes, subjects, and classrooms. 2 Faculty Coordination Act as a liaison between teachers, administration, and departments. Coordinate teacher availability and resolve scheduling conflicts. 3 Curriculum Implementation Assist in planning and reviewing curriculum delivery. Monitor lesson plans and ensure alignment with academic goals. 4 Student Support Coordinate academic support for students (remedial classes, tutorials). Address student queries related to classes, faculty, or assessments. 5 Assessment Coordination Organize internal assessments, exams, and evaluations. Ensure timely collection and submission of marks/grades. 6 Monitoring & Reporting Track teaching progress, attendance, and syllabus completion. Prepare academic performance reports for management. 7 Event & Program Management Coordinate academic events like workshops, seminars, and guest lectures. Support faculty in organizing co-curricular and enrichment programs. 8 Communication & Record Keeping Maintain clear communication with staff, students, and parents when needed. Keep records of academic activities, timetables, teacher performance, etc. 9 Faculty Development Assist in organizing training and development sessions for teaching staff. Encourage best teaching practices and innovative methods. 10 Policy Implementation Ensure adherence to institutional academic policies and guidelines. Help implement changes in curriculum or teaching strategies.
