Description
The Sales and Marketing Specialist will play a key role in driving business growth and revenue for our online
tutoring platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing
strategies to attract new customers, retain existing ones, and promote our brand.
KRA: TASK / ACTIVITIES
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-
building
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive retention and upselling
Collaborate with the content team to develop marketing materials, such as posters,blog posts, social
media content, and email campaigns
Manage and optimize our online presence, including our website, social media, and online advertising
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales and marketing
strategies
Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, tracking ROI and making data-driven decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure
alignment and effective communication
KPI: PERFORMANCE METRICS
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives

SKILLS & ATTITUDE (A IN BARE FIT)
REQUIRED SKILLS PREFERRED SKILLS
Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Experience with CRM software, such as
Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in sales and marketing,
preferably in the education or technology
sectors
Strong understanding of sales and marketing
principles, including lead generation,
conversion, and retention
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and
presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and
prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite,
and marketing automation tools
Salesforce,Odoo or HubSpot
Knowledge of digital marketing tools, such as
Google Analytics, AdWords, or Facebook Ads
Familiarity with content management systems,
such as WordPress or Drupal
Certification in sales or marketing, such as
HubSpot Inbound Sales or Google Analytics
Certification
Experience with data analysis and reporting
tools.
