Job Summary

The Marketing and Sales Manager will lead all marketing, sales, and customer service efforts for one of our startups, driving revenue and customer growth in alignment with the business plan. This role requires a results-oriented leader who can develop and execute marketing strategies, close high-value sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. Performance will be evaluated monthly against key performance indicators (KPIs), with clear consequences and rewards tied to performance levels. Outstanding performers may be promoted to General Manager, overseeing broader strategic and operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy:
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads (e.g., digital marketing, social media, content marketing).
• Identify target customer segments and tailor messaging to maximize market penetration.
• Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to track campaign performance and optimize ROI.
• Sales Leadership:
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure.
• Negotiate contracts and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
