We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team in Sales and Business Operations. This role is a blend of business development, client engagement, and operational execution, ensuring seamless coordination across patients, partners, and internal teams. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, strengthening corporate partnerships, and streamlining operational processes to deliver a superior patient experience.Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Generate and qualify leads through focused research, patient inquiries, and corporate outreach.• Build and nurture strong relationships with patients, referral partners, and corporates to drive consultations and conversions.• Prepare tailored proposals, service presentations, and pitches for patients, corporates, and strategic partners.• Actively participate in corporate eye camps, hospital-based events, and patient engagement programs to boost brand visibility.Business Operations
• Manage and update the CRM database, ensuring accurate lead tracking, pipeline management, and timely follow-ups.• Collaborate with the marketing and outreach teams to align sales campaigns with on-ground execution.• Support operational processes, including scheduling, patient coordination, and follow-through on corporate health initiatives.• Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and assist leadership in strategic decision-making.Qualifications
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage both patients and corporate stakeholders.• Prior experience/internship in sales, business operations, or healthcare marketing is preferred.• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.Perks & Benefits
