About Us and Role Overview

Farm Stay Resorts is a fast-growing hospitality and real estate brand offering premium resort experiences, destination weddings, corporate retreats, and leisure getaways. We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Business Development Head to lead our revenue strategy and drive high-value customer acquisition across hospitality verticals.

The Sales/BD Head will oversee all sales operations, build strategic partnerships, generate corporate/wedding/event leads, and directly work with the Managing Director to scale Farm Stay Resorts’ market presence and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales strategy across destination weddings, conferences, corporate events, leisure stays, and real estate-linked offerings.
  • Build and manage relationships with travel agents, event planners, corporates, and premium clientele to maximize revenue.
  • Lead negotiations, proposals, property walkthroughs, and closure of high-ticket bookings.
  • Develop monthly/quarterly sales plans, monitor performance metrics, and present reports directly to the MD.
  • Oversee marketing tie-ups, brand partnerships, and promotional activities to enhance property visibility.
  • Train and guide on-ground sales teams to ensure consistent service quality and conversion performance.

Required Experience

  • Experience in hospitality sales, preferably in resorts, destination weddings, conferences, exhibitions, or luxury leisure properties.
  • Strong local market understanding (Hyderabad & Telangana hospitality ecosystem).
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in high-value hospitality segments.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to independently drive business opportunities
  • High ownership, leadership, and client-relationship management capability
  • Strong network within hospitality/event ecosystems is a bonus
