Sales and Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at the production house, you will play a crucial role in driving new business development across growth stage startups, enterprise, and agency verticals. Your responsibilities will include identifying and unlocking high-growth opportunities with marketing heads, brand teams, and content leads. You will collaborate with creative and production teams to build compelling proposals and pitch decks to win new projects. Additionally, you will be managing inbound and outbound sales pipelines, handling leads, and closing deals effectively. Representing the company at events, networking forums, and client meetings will also be part of your role. Working closely with the founders, you will contribute to growth strategy, market expansion, and ensuring client success.
