About Us and Role Overview

Farm Stay Resorts is a fast-growing hospitality and real estate brand offering premium resort experiences, destination weddings, corporate retreats, and leisure getaways. Alongside hospitality operations, the company is actively involved in real estate development and expansion projects.

Farm Stay Resorts is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage and oversee the company’s financial accounting, compliance, and reporting functions. This role will be office-based and will support both resort operations and real estate projects, ensuring strong financial controls, accurate reporting, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally
• Handle GST compliance, including returns, reconciliations, and filings
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare project reports, financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements
• Support budgeting, expense tracking, and cost control across hospitality and real estate operations
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities
• Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements and internal financial controls
• Assist management with financial analysis, reporting, and decision support

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with Tally and accounting systems
• Solid understanding of GST, taxation, and statutory compliance
• Experience preparing project reports and financial documentation
• Prior experience in hospitality, real estate, or infrastructure sectors preferred
