You are looking for a smart, tech-savvy individual to join the sales team at Prismic Reflections Web Solutions LLP. As part of the team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sales and business development process. Your role will require you to be a thinker and strategist with a strong business acumen to achieve monthly financial goals. You must be a team player, multitasker, and have a passion for Art, Design, Music, or any other art form. The company is a creative design studio located in a hybrid work environment. **Primary Responsibilities:** - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, prospecting, and client profiling. - Utilize data mining techniques to find and generate leads, converting them into sales. - Manage the end-to-end sales process, including arranging and attending meetings to explore potential business opportunities. - Strategically communicate and circulate marketing and branding content. - Engage in client relationship management, addressing their requirements on a timely basis. - Actively participate in project scoping, SLA compliance, and ensuring timely invoice collection. - Handle company promotions, social media communications, PR, and press relationships. - Travel to attend networking events and client meetings. - Provide training and mentorship to peers. **Skills Requirements:** - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Strong capabilities in client presentation, pitching, and negotiations. - Goal-oriented with a focus on revenue generation. - Proficiency in writing content for social media, blogs, and press releases. - Effective time and priority management skills. - Knowledge of SEO, SMO, and SEM is a plus. - Familiarity with IT terminology, especially in the UI Design and Development area. **Special Benefits:** - Attractive incentives and timely recognition. - Collaborative and creative culture with a passionate team of diverse backgrounds and skills. - Exposure to various challenging opportunities and mentoring from senior professionals. - Work with a well-respected and award-winning design studio.
