Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for creating leads, initiating and negotiating deals worth 10 to 25 lakhs per month. Additionally, you will be recruiting, hiring, training, and driving the team to continually enhance productivity. It will be your duty to constantly monitor, review, and motivate the team to ensure that sales and collection targets are met as per the plan. You will also play a crucial role in establishing new products on production lines by interacting with R&D, procurement, and other control and cost-saving functions. Furthermore, you will be involved in designing, creating, and making presentations to customers on sales, product, and service portfolios of Metlok.
