Sales & Account Manager – Bangalore

About the Role

Sales & Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for key institutional and hospital accounts in Bangalore.
Manage full customer lifecycle: onboarding, demos, training coordination, repeat orders, and renewals.
Maintain a deep understanding of Cambrian’s products and competitive positioning.
Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and coordinate with the inside sales / demand gen team for pipeline expansion.
Maintain account plans, track usage and instrument uptime, and coordinate with the applications and service team.
Meet quarterly revenue and customer retention targets.

Requirements

2–6 years of experience in
scientific sales / account management
in genomics, life sciences, diagnostics, or lab automation.
Background in
Biotech, Biomedical Engineering, or Life Sciences
preferred.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Comfortable working in hybrid field roles, visiting clients, and managing CRM tools (Zoho/Odoo/Salesforce).
Based in Bangalore with occasional travel to nearby cities.
