Sales Account Manager

About the Role
The Office Operations team at WeAssist plays a critical role in supporting Medical Insurance Claim Assistance by managing hospital relationships, billing-related coordination, and client servicing. As a Sales Account Manager, you will support the Claim Assistance teams deployed at partner hospitals and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to business growth. This role requires regular travel within Bangalore to visit partner hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for partnered hospitals
• Build and maintain strong, long-term hospital relationships
• Support Claim Assistance teams placed at partner hospitals for seamless daily operations
• Handle billing-related queries and operational coordination with hospitals
• Identify opportunities to grow business with existing hospital partners
• Actively explore new business opportunities within the healthcare industry
• Negotiate agreements and ensure timely operational support to hospitals
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client and hospital experience
• Prepare reports and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders
• Visit hospitals across Bangalore as part of routine responsibilities

Experience Required

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a Hospital, Insurance Company, or TPA (mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
