Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager, based in the Greater Delhi Area with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing sales teams, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting sales meetings, analyzing sales data, developing sales plans, and mentoring team members to enhance their sales techniques. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.

  • Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
  • Data Analysis and Reporting skills
  • Team Leadership and Mentoring skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment
