Job Description: The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for our clients, overseeing their wastewater treatment needs and ensuring that services are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer success, have strong problem-solving skills, and possess the ability to manage multiple accounts. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional Objectives of This Role: • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing all aspects of their wastewater treatment challenges, solutions & services. • Cultivate and strengthen long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business while maintaining fluent ADDED VALUE. • Ensure accurate record-keeping of client contracts, updates, and renewals. • Excellent synchronization with Engineering, Lab, and other BPC technical resources to deliver tailored wastewater treatment solutions successfully. Responsibilities: • Manage the entire SALES CYCLE o Lead qualifications o Proposals - offering proactive solutions for wastewater treatment needs. o Maintain fluent contact with the client throughout the entire sales cycle to assure dynamic progress. • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, identify opportunities for service improvements, and suggest enhancements. • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., engineering, sales, and operations) to ensure smooth delivery of wastewater treatment services. • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, collaborating with the sales team to optimize client accounts. • Address and resolve any client concerns or escalations in a timely and professional manner. Required Skills and Qualifications: • A strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes, environmental regulations, and the challenges clients face in this industry will be preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, etc.). • Ability to understand and interpret client needs, offering customized solutions to improve wastewater management and compliance. • The preferred qualifications for an Account Manager include an MBA with a focus on Marketing and Sales. Qualifications MBA with a focus on Marketing and Sales. Experience as a Marketing & Sales Manager. Understanding of sales performance metrics. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
