About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Technical Sales Account Manager to lead enterprise sales with Fortune 500 and Fintech clients. This is a senior role that requires strong consultative selling skills, experience in technology and consulting services, and the ability to work closely with engineering, recruiting, and delivery teams to deliver solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, solution positioning, presentations, negotiations, and closure.
  • Build and expand executive-level relationships within Fortune 500 and Fintech accounts.
  • Partner with engineering, recruiting, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Collaborate with U.S. counterparts and global stakeholders for alignment on delivery and account strategy.
  • Develop account plans, manage pipeline, and achieve revenue targets.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 8 to 12+ years in enterprise sales/account management for technology solutions or consulting services.
  • Proven experience working with Fortune 500 clients and Fintech industry exposure.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with engineering, recruiting, and delivery teams.
  • Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients/counterparts in a global delivery model.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic mindset, quick learner, and go-getter attitude with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Based in Bangalore with ability to travel to Chennai 2 to 3 times per month.

Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge in digital engineering, cloud, or data-driven solutions.
  • Experience selling across multiple industries beyond Fintech.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and ability to position AI/ML-driven solutions.
