As a Vice President of Sales at this innovative company, your role will involve: - Identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise-level clients. - Building and executing strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets. - Leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure. - Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to align sales efforts with business objectives. - Maintaining a deep understanding of client needs, procurement trends, and the competitive landscape. - Delivering accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools. - Representing the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and thought leadership. To excel in this role, you should possess: - 12 to 16 years of total experience in a high-impact B2B SAAS sales role. - Strong domain knowledge in procurement or any B2B SAAS Industry. - A proven track record of hunting and consistently exceeding sales targets. - Experience selling into mid-sized to enterprise clients. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Highly motivated, self-starter with a consultative sales approach. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. - Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
