Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and globally-minded individual to join our sales team. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and closing business opportunities across international markets within the CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) domain. You will play a key role in building strong global partnerships, understanding international client needs, and delivering tailored solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:- International Market Expansion: Identify and explore new international markets and business opportunities. Conduct in-depth research on target geographies, industries, and potential clients. Engage with international clients to understand their unique business challenges and communication needs. Provide consultative solutions tailored to diverse business environments and cultural contexts. Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to global clients, focusing on features, benefits, and ROI. Customise presentations to align with regional or industry-specific requirements. Lead Generation & Qualification: Generate and qualify leads from international sources through networking, campaigns, and online platforms. Nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring timely and strategic follow-up. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key international stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact throughout the international sales cycle. Sales Coordination & Documentation: Collaborate with internal teams (technical, legal, finance) to ensure smooth execution of deals. Maintain accurate CRM records, proposals, agreements, and client communication logs. Reporting & Insights: Track sales performance, pipeline progress, and regional performance metrics. Share insights and feedback from international markets to support strategic planningBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience is preferable. Freshers can also apply. Skills: Exceptional communication skills in English. Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Cultural sensitivity and understanding of international business etiquette. An analytical and problem-solving mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Management (KAM) Executive located in New Delhi. The KAM Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships, identifying and addressing client needs, developing account strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves regular collaboration with internal teams to deliver customised solutions, conducting performance reviews, and providing insights for continuous improvement.
