Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated

SaaS Product Sales Manager

to drive sales and revenue growth for our cloud-based software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the SaaS business model, experience in B2B software sales, and the ability to build and manage relationships with enterprise clients while achieving aggressive sales targets.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed SaaS product revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across target industries.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and closing deals.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients in USA.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client pain points and aligning SaaS product solutions to their business goals.

Product Expertise & Solution Selling

  • Maintain a deep understanding of product features, use cases, and competitive differentiators.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and ROI-driven proposals to key decision-makers.

Collaboration & Cross-functional Support

  • Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
  • Provide feedback to the product team on market trends, customer requirements, and feature enhancements.

Reporting & Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports for senior management.
  • Track market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in B2B software/SaaS sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Experience selling SaaS solutions in industries such as technology, fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of subscription-based revenue models and SaaS KPIs (ARR, MRR, Churn Rate).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and work with C-level executives.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and API integrations.
  • Experience with solution-based or consultative selling approaches.
