Job Description

Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned government accounts across Eastern Northern India. Identify and qualify opportunities during the pre-tender stage, and collaborate with the presales team to drive those opportunities forward. Acquire new business and consistently meet quarterly, half-yearly, and annual sales and revenue targets as per AOP (Annual Operating Plan). Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Channel, Pre-Sales, and Operations, to ensure timely and effective responses to government tenders through System Integrator (SI) partners. Proactively engage SI partners to build a healthy opportunity funnel and close deals. Provide accurate and timely manufacturing forecasts based on the active sales funnel to support supply chain planning. Manage key accounts strategically to drive repeat and long-term business. Support Enterprise sales business in Eastern Northern region. Take ownership of business development in the assigned geography, uncovering new opportunities and building a robust pipeline. Ensure smooth inter/intra-department coordination to align resources and priorities.
