Role: RPA Developer Location: Remote About the role: For a leading creative and technology organization, it is imminent that we focus on optimizing our backoffice operations by looking at ways to streamline and automate processes using RPA and AI. In this role, you will be hands-on in designing and building solutions for entire group. You will be collaborating with multiple stakeholders to understand, design and them implement leading automation solutions primarily by using UiPAth tool. You will be responsible to independently drive projects, set deadlines, create documents and design systems. As an ideal candidate – you should have expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, RE Framework, Document Understanding, Power Automate, SQL, and VBA Macros, along with strong communication skills. You will design, develop, and implement automation solutions. What you will be doing: Key Responsibilities: Design & Development: Create and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath. Utilize RE Framework, Document Understanding, Power Automate, SQL, and VBA Macros. Document technical elements of automation projects. Facilitate workshops and design sessions for effective automation solutions. Process Analysis: Identify automation opportunities with stakeholders. Analyze business processes to design effective solutions. Evaluate change requests and provide solutions. Implementation & Support: Monitor and support deployed RPA bots. Troubleshoot and resolve any RPA-related issues. Collaboration & Communication: Work with cross-functional teams for successful delivery. Provide updates and gather requirements from stakeholders. Qualifications: 2-4 years of RPA development experience with UiPath. Expertise in UiPath Orchestrator, RE Framework, Document Understanding, Power Automate, SQL, and VBA Macros. Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or VB.NET is a plus. Strong understanding of software engineering principles.
