Oversee ROC filings , ensure compliance with Companies Act , and manage secretarial documentation in coordination with internal or external company secretaries. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and sales agreements with external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with Labour Laws , Shops & Establishments Act , Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act , and other applicable industrial and environmental regulations. Implement and monitor internal governance policies , ensuring organization-wide legal compliance. Evaluate potential legal risks and provide actionable legal insights to management to support business and operational decisions. Maintain and update a repository of all licenses, approvals, litigation records , and compliance documents . Prepare and present regular legal reports and compliance updates to management. Handle ad-hoc legal assignments and tasks as required by the management team. Desired Skills & Competencies: Strong experience in court proceedings , case management, and coordination with external legal counsel . Practical knowledge of dealing with government bodies and understanding of environmental compliance related to the recycling industry. Solid understanding of company law , contract law , and commercial transactions . Ability to manage multiple legal functions with attention to detail and deadlines. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills . Comfortable working independently and handling external stakeholders and government authorities.
