Senior Accounts Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Financial Record Keeping:

  Documenting all financial transactions, maintaining accurate general ledgers, and ensuring all financial data is classified correctly.

• Financial Reporting:

  Creating and presenting financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to management and other stakeholders.

• Budgeting and Financial Planning:

  Developing and managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and providing insights for financial planning to help control costs and increase profitability.

• Compliance:

  Ensuring all financial records and statements comply with applicable company, local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

• Tax Preparation:

  Compiling and filing accurate tax returns, including corporate income and sales taxes, and providing advice on tax-efficient strategies.

Key Tasks

• Reconciling Accounts:

  Reviewing and reconciling financial statements, bank statements, and various transactions to resolve discrepancies.

• Auditing:

  Performing internal audits and cooperating with external auditors to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

• Accounts Payable and Receivable:

  Managing payments to vendors (accounts payable) and tracking and collecting payments from customers (accounts receivable).

• Payroll Management:

  Calculating and disbursing employee wages, managing deductions, and ensuring timely compliance with payroll tax regulations.

• Financial Analysis and Advice:

  Analyzing financial data to identify risks, opportunities for cost reduction, and revenue enhancement, and providing recommendations to management for strategic decision-making. .
