About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Senior Accounts Executive

to manage core accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and support timely reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in accounting, statutory filings, reconciliations, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards.
Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / ERP / accounting software.
Prepare and review journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances.
Ensure accurate posting of vendor invoices, expense vouchers, and inter-company transactions.

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable

Manage vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and credit control.
Track receivables and coordinate with departments for timely collection.
Reconcile customer/vendor ledgers and resolve discrepancies.

3. Bank & Reconciliation Activities

Perform periodic bank reconciliations.
Monitor fund flow, cash management, and petty cash accounting.
Prepare bank statements, payment advice, and support treasury operations.

4. Taxation & Compliance

Ensure timely filing of

GST, TDS, and professional tax

returns.
Coordinate with auditors for

statutory, internal, and tax audits

.
Maintain supporting documentation for compliance and audit readiness.

5. Reporting & Analysis

Prepare monthly

MIS reports

, P&L statements, and balance sheets.
Analyze financial trends, expenses, and variances.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and year-end closing activities.

6. Coordination & Support

Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and banks.
Support HR and management teams on payroll-related accounting entries and financial verification.
Contribute to process improvements and digital automation initiatives within the finance function.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor s / master s degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred).
Minimum

4 7 years of experience

in accounting and finance operations.
Strong knowledge of

Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting standards (Ind-AS)

.
Working knowledge of

GST, TDS, and statutory compliances

.
Experience in ERP environments (Zoho Books, SAP, Keka Finance, etc.) is a plus.
