Position Overview We are hiring a strategic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our global digital engine. In this role, you will own the digital roadmap, optimize performance across platforms, and build a strong pipeline through compelling campaigns. You will work cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to elevate Softlink Global s brand and drive demand generation globally. What You ll Do Own the digital marketing strategy - Align initiatives with business goals and growth KPIs across global markets. Drive performance campaigns - Lead end-to-end execution across SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, email marketing, ABM, webinars, display ads, and virtual events. Website leadership - Oversee strategy, UX/UI, performance, and CRO initiatives. Run A/B tests, optimize for SEO, and improve funnel conversions Content meets performance - Collaborate with product marketing and SMEs to deliver impactful content (blogs, whitepapers, videos, landing pages) that fuels campaigns and ranks well. Analytics-first approach - Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and automation platforms to track metrics, draw insights, and recommend actions. Lead generation engine - Run always-on lead gen campaigns with a strong focus on targeting, segmentation, and retargeting. Digital-first event marketing - Create buzz for global conferences and events. Manage campaigns from pre-event hype to post-event lead nurturing. Experiment & optimize - Stay on top of digital trends, test new tools and tactics, and continuously improve outcomes. Build and grow the team - Mentor a small team, set goals, track outcomes, and build a high-performing digital culture What We re Looking For: 5+ years of hands-on B2B digital marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or logistics tech Deep knowledge of SEO, SEM, LinkedIn campaigns, and marketing automation (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) Proven success in scaling global digital campaigns with a strong ROI focus Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Excellent written and verbal communication; confident presenting strategy and results Experience managing agency partners and marketing vendors Exposure to public relations or corporate communications is a bonus Preferred but Not Mandatory: Familiarity with logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sectors Understanding of key industry challenges and buyer personas (freight forwarders, LSPs, etc. Why Join Us?
