Accounts Head

As the ideal candidate for this role, you will oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow). Your complete experience in Tally will enable you to prepare financial reports for senior management, highlighting key financial performance indicators. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws, financial regulations, and accounting standards, including GST-R1, GST-R2, GST-R3, and TDS - Coordinate and liaise with external auditors to complete audits and ensure regulatory compliance - Prepare and file all necessary tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate submissions Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role - Previous experience working under a CA is preferred - Analytical skills, financial statements expertise, finance and account management abilities, and strong team management skills are essential - Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are considered a plus This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and paid time off.
