Job Title: Revenue Manager

Department: Sales and Marketing

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Revenue Specialist who will be responsible for managing all online distribution platforms and ensuring a smooth sync between our website, OTAs, and booking engine. Expanding and managing our partner ecosystem. This role is perfect for someone with a solid foundation in sales or partner management who’s ready to step up and make an impact.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing and updating listings across OTAs (like MMT, Agoda, Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
  • Handling integration with the booking engine/PMS
  • Ensuring pricing, inventory, and availability are accurate across platforms
  • Assisting with SEO insights and performance reports
  • Coordinating updates during new launches
  • Supporting the marketing team with platform content updates
  • Monitor OTA analytics and performance metrics to maximize revenue.
  • Prevent overbookings and discrepancies across all online sales channels.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and revenue teams to enhance digital distribution..
  • Analyze web traffic, booking trends, and customer behavior to improve conversion rates.
  • Track OTA commission structures and suggest cost-effective distribution strategies.
  • Generate reports on website and OTA performance, suggesting improvements.
  • Monitor guest reviews on OTA platforms and collaborate with customer service to ensure a positive brand reputation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, business development, or B2B sales.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a bias for action.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in Hospitality, Retail, OTA’s, TMC industries.
  • Familiarity with PMS (Property Management Systems) and booking engines.
  • Understanding of digital advertising and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
