What We’re Looking For 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience , preferably in hospitality or related industries. We manage social media for several hotel brands, but our own channels are still in early stages. This role is for someone who’s comfortable starting from scratch, defining the system, and setting a standard that reflects who we are and the brands we manage. You’ll shape dhi’s voice and presence, while also leading the social and content direction for our hotel portfolio. This is a strategic role with real creative influence and the space to build something meaningful from the ground up. What You’ll Own Lead the social and content strategy for dhi Hospitality and multiple hotels, resorts, and restaurants. Build content ideas, themes, and narratives that support each brand’s positioning and commercial priorities. Create structured monthly content calendars for both dhi and hotel brands. Write captions and messaging that stay true to each brand’s tone. Brief the graphic designer with clear direction, references, and context so visuals align with the story. Oversee creative direction and ensure content feels consistent, relevant, and purposeful. Manage community interactions across pages with maturity and awareness of guest expectations.
