Manager, Digital Performance & Acquisition – Hospitality


If you are someone who blends executional depth with strategic awareness and is ready to prove the commercial power of smart performance marketing, we would love to meet you.


What You’ll Own

  • Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns across

    Google Search, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Display, and Retargeting

    .
  • Drive performance marketing for both hotel clients (

    B2C

    ) and dhi Hospitality (

    B2B

    ).
  • Manage LinkedIn campaigns for brand positioning, lead generation, and thought leadership reach.
  • Own email marketing workflows, including nurture journeys, newsletters, and client-facing campaigns.
  • Set up, implement, and manage

    conversion tracking, attribution models, and reporting through

    GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio

    .
  • Monitor budgets and ensure strong

    ROI

    across all campaigns.
  • Translate campaign performance into commercial insights for hotel owners and internal leadership.


What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience

    , preferably in hospitality or related industries.
  • Deep understanding of

    paid media, funnel optimization, and conversion-led campaign design

    .
  • Proven ability to

    set up and implement

    performance marketing tools and tracking from scratch.
  • Experience with

    LinkedIn Ads and email marketing campaigns for B2B growth

    .
  • Strong

    analytics skills

    with the ability to set up and interpret dashboards.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to explain performance outcomes to non-marketing stakeholders.
  • A future-facing mindset, curious about new tools, automation, and AI in performance marketing.


Bonus Points For

  • Experience working with multi-property hospitality portfolios.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and

    CRM-driven performance strategies

    .
  • Comfort with balancing both B2B and B2C campaign objectives.
