Revenue Management Analyst

What You’ll Own

• Support revenue strategy across a portfolio of hotel assets
• Monitor performance trends and comp-set pricing using tools like STR, OTA Insight, or Lighthouse
• Assist in building rate strategies and ensure accurate implementation across OTA, GDS, and brand.com
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports with actionable insights
• Collaborate with operations, reservations, and digital marketing to align commercial priorities
• Learn and support the use of AI-powered tools in rate intelligence, forecasting, and reporting
• Maintain data accuracy across rate structures, inventory systems, and reporting platforms

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in hospitality, preferably in Front Office, Reservations, or Revenue
• Strong

  analytical and logical reasoning

  skills
• Proficiency in

  PowerBI,

  Excel or Google Sheets

• Familiarity with PMS, reporting dashboards, or forecasting tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup
• Clear communicator with the ability to present data-backed insights
• Eagerness to learn new tools and build deeper expertise in revenue strategy
• Interest in AI, automation, and how tech can drive better decisions

Bonus Points For

• Exposure to revenue systems or multi-property operations
• Experience in analytics, reporting, or commercial planning
• An understanding of how revenue connects with digital, distribution, and overall hotel strategy
