Department - Operation Position - Operation Executive Location - Bangalore, Company Website - raho.co.in About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee daily property operations, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth functioning across maintenance, housekeeping, guest experience, and vendor management. This role is crucial for maintaining the quality standards and operational efficiency of RAHO properties. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day property operations including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest readiness. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for materials, furnishings, repairs, and equipment required for property upkeep. Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) based on operational and site requirements. Negotiate rates, service terms, and delivery timelines to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations support. Work closely with Accounts and Inventory teams for payment updates, stock reconciliation, and timely material tracking. Maintain accurate records of work orders, service requests, vendor details, and operational expenses. Track pending tasks, maintenance schedules, and ensure timely completion by on-ground teams and vendors. Inspect material quality and ensure all work meets RAHO’s brand and operational standards. Monitor market trends for operational supplies, tools, consumables, and maintenance requirements. Assist in budgeting and forecasting operational costs for ongoing and upcoming property needs. Support audits, documentation, SOP compliance, and asset management across properties. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in operations (hospitality, homestays, villas, facility management, or real estate preferred). Strong understanding of property operations, vendor coordination, maintenance workflows, and PO cycles. Proficiency in MS Excel and operational tools such as RMS, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, or similar systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in dynamic, on-ground environments. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to hospitality or resort operations will be an added advantage.
