We focus on guest-centric healing, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making. We are seeking a talented Revenue Manager to drive occupancy, yield, and strategic sales growth.

Job Summary

The Revenue Manager will be responsible for maximizing revenue across all wellness packages, therapies, room categories, and guest segments. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on sales experience in the hospital/healthcare sector, and the ability to strategize pricing, promotions, corporate tie-ups, and referral channels.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Pricing Strategy

  • Develop and implement revenue optimization strategies across all wellness programs and room categories.
  • Monitor daily pick-up, pace trends, and booking patterns to adjust pricing dynamically.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly revenue forecasts and business performance reports.
  • Manage OTA pricing, packages, discounts, and promotions.

Sales & Business Development

  • Use prior hospital/healthcare sales experience to acquire new corporate, HNI, doctor referrals, and institutional clients.
  • Build strong relationships with hospital networks, wellness partners, medical professionals, and insurance companies.
  • Drive B2B and B2C sales for wellness packages and long-stay programs.
  • Lead outreach initiatives for corporate wellness partnerships and medical collaborations.

Performance Management

  • Track therapy utilization, occupancy, revenue per guest, channel-wise performance, and conversion ratios.
  • Coordinate closely with marketing, reservations, and operations teams for promotional planning.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities, service bundling, and guest lifecycle monetization.

Revenue Systems & Reporting

  • Maintain dashboards and reports for occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and package performance.
  • Work with CRM and booking systems to ensure accurate data for decision-making.
  • Present analytical insights and recommendations to senior management.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 4–5 years of experience in hospital sales, healthcare revenue management, or wellness/ hospitality sales.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare referral systems, corporate tie-ups, and B2B client acquisition.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and dashboard reporting.

  • Ability to think strategically and act quickly in a dynamic wellness environment.

  • Knowledge of Ayurveda/Naturopathy/Yoga therapies is an added advantage (optional).

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospitality, or related fields.
  • MBA preferred but not mandatory.
