Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Revenue Manager to join our team at Destination Hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue management and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to optimize hotel occupancy and rates.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans.
Monitor and report on revenue performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in revenue management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong knowledge of revenue management principles and practices, with experience in implementing them effectively.
Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
