Revenue Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Revenue Manager to lead our revenue operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing revenue processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing receivables, and collaborating across departments to resolve issues and optimize revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Management
• Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 revenue executives.
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of responsibilities.
• Revenue Operations
• Oversee revenue recognition in compliance with accounting standards.
• Identify and mitigate revenue leakage through process improvements and audits.
• Ensure accurate and timely account reconciliations.
• Receivables Management
• Track and follow up on accounts receivable.
• Coordinate with sales and finance teams to resolve outstanding issues.
• Interdepartmental Coordination
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to resolve revenue-related queries.
• Lead discussions to settle distributor claims and ensure proper documentation.
• Compliance & Reporting
• Prepare and file GSTR-1 and other relevant tax documents.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
• Sales Analysis & Reporting
• Generate and analyze sales summaries to support strategic decisions.
• Provide timely and accurate reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in revenue management or financial operations.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and GST compliance.
• Proficiency in Excel and Tally
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in managing distributor claims and reconciliations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
