Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Store Manager to join our team in Chandrapur, Rajura. This mid-level, full-time position requires 4 to 6 years of experience in retail management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading retail operations, with a focus on exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven experience in retail store management with a focus on people management and team leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales through effective sales forecasting and sales reporting strategies.
  • Strong background in customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging shopping experience for all customers.
  • In-depth understanding of retail operations, with the ability to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sales, with a keen eye for market trends and customer needs.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, able to address and resolve customer and staff issues quickly and effectively.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms, enabling effective interaction with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Experience in managing budgets, inventory, and resources to maximize store profitability and efficiency.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of store operations to ensure efficient and effective retail performance.
  • Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Implement effective retail strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
  • Prepare and manage store budgets, ensuring resource optimization and minimizing waste.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of store performance.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure product availability and stock levels are always adequate.
  • Maintain a high level of store presentation, ensuring all products are displayed attractively and the store environment is welcoming.
