About Us:
Hap & Hope is a growing kids’ apparel brand, known for trendy designs, quality products, and excellent customer service. We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Retail Store Manager to lead our store operations in the Malappuram region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retail Sales Performance – Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales to achieve set business goals.
• Target Achievement – Plan and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Team Management – Lead, train, and motivate store staff for high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Inventory Management – Oversee stock levels, prevent shortages, and manage reorders.
• Visual Merchandising – Ensure attractive product displays and store layout in line with brand guidelines.
• Review & Reporting – Prepare and submit regular performance and operational reports to management.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of proven experience in retail store management (preferably in apparel).
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage sales targets and handle store operations independently.
• Proficiency in inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Graduation in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred).
