Position Overview:

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store. This role involves managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving sales goals, and maintaining the store’s visual standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for retail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Team Leadership: Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising store associates. Provide coaching and feedback to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Sales and Performance: Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, monitoring store performance, and implementing strategies to boost sales.
• Operational Efficiency: Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
• Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, payroll, and expense management. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Marketing and Promotions: Implement in-store promotions and marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred.
• Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
