About the Brand:

Hap n Hope is a vibrant and growing kids wear brand under RNB Fashion LLP, focused on delivering joyful and stylish apparel for children. We bring fun, color, and creativity to kids’ fashion, and are looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring that same energy to our visuals and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging content for online and offline marketing campaigns, including banners, and posters.
• Conduct product photography and videography for social media, and promotions.
• Handle video editing for product showcases, behind-the-scenes clips, and campaign teasers.
• Manage and regularly update social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) with creative content aligned to the brand identity.
• Plan, shoot, and edit reels/stories in line with current trends.
• Work with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute seasonal campaigns and product launches.
• Ensure all visuals maintain brand consistency and appeal to the target audience (parents and kids).
• Skills & Requirements:
• Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Proficient in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent.
• Good understanding of children’s fashion, visual aesthetics, and social media trends.
• Experience with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and reel creation.
• Ability to handle end-to-end content creation — from concept to execution.
• Excellent time management and creativity with an eye for detail. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in a creative role, preferably in fashion, retail, or a kidswear brand.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
