Retail Store Manager

· Sound knowledge in Gold & Diamond Jewellery

· Efficient in store operations, sales & service, people management

· Result-driven, proactive, excellent in communication and interpersonal skills

· Reliable with a strong sense of responsibility as well as problem solving ability

. Handling the daily management operations of the store which includes planning out of the work schedules of the staff members, assigning specific duties and looking into other related factors.

· Ensure achievement of store sales target.

· Think strategically and propose constructive action plan to create store traffic and store attraction to achieve sales.

· Act as a sales leader liaison between Sales Professionals and Management team. Regularly communicate corporate strategies and initiatives to Sales Professionals to increase sales.

· Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.

· Deliver monthly and quarterly sales plan achievement and sales strategy for Sales Professionals.

· Work as a team player with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to a positive store environment.

· Ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively and in compliance of company standard.

· Be responsible for the store merchandise and check stock positions and replenishment.

· Ensure store security.

· Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

· Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month

• Jewellery Sales: 5 years (Preferred)
• Jewellery Retail Store Managerial: 2 years (Preferred)
