Gold & Diamond Sales Representatives

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in working as a sales representaitive at a renowed Jewellery Retail Store
• Sound knowledge in Gold and Diamond Jewellery
• Understands customer needs and requirements
• Knowledge in Gold Testing and Gold valuation With Black Stone to identify Gold karatage.
• Being able to resolve all customer queries regarding old Gold valuation.
• Ensures achievement of individual target
• Result-driven, proactive, excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in computer literacy and fluency in Hindi & English (Knowledge in Bengali preferred)
• Work as a team player with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to a positive store environment.
• Be responsible for the store merchandise and check stock positions and replenishment.
• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENT

• Minimum 5 years of retail Gold and Diamond sales experience
• Minimum a graduate in any subject

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
