We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Retail Store Manager who can uphold our brand ethos, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and lead the boutique’s operations with excellence.

Role Overview:

The Retail Store Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the boutique, manage the sales team, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and drive overall business performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of luxury retail, visual merchandising, and personalized client service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations & Management

• Oversee daily store operations ensuring smooth functioning and brand-standard upkeep.
• Maintain store ambiance, cleanliness, and presentation in line with Raazia’s luxury aesthetic.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory and back-office teams for restocking and new arrivals.

2. Sales & Customer Experience

• Drive sales through personalized client interactions, upselling, and relationship management.
• Ensure each client receives an elevated and memorable boutique experience.
• Manage client appointments, fittings, and after-sales service to maintain loyalty and retention.
• Handle VIP clients with discretion and professionalism.

3. Team Leadership

• Supervise, motivate, and train boutique staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work culture that reflects Raazia’s brand values.
• Conduct regular briefings and performance reviews to ensure staff development and productivity.

4. Visual Merchandising & Brand Representation

• Implement and maintain store displays and product arrangements as per brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with creative and marketing teams for product launches, trunk shows, and events.

5. Reporting & Business Insights

• Track sales performance, customer feedback, and inventory turnover.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and suggest improvements for efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail or fashion boutique management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and client-handling etiquette.
• Keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and presentation.
• Proficiency in POS systems, MS Office, and basic reporting tools.
• Fluent in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).
