Role Overview: As a Retail Store Manager at Queens Couture in Amritsar, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store. Your main focus will be to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and manage customer service. You will lead a team of store staff, oversee inventory, implement retail loss prevention strategies, and maintain a welcoming shopping environment. Your goal will be to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
